1st Step

First apply the Volumizing Primer to clean lashes starting at the base of the lashes, working upwards and outwards.

2nd Step

Using the same application technique, apply after Volumizing Mascara.

Apply additional layers to add even more length and volume. Add additional layers to build the desired effect and make sure the product stays wet as you build.
