Eligibility for Returns
Products may be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, provided that:
The product is unused and unopened.
The product remains in its original packaging.
The product is in resalable condition.
Proof of purchase is provided.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Beauty Treatments & Appointments
Appointments for beauty treatments may be cancelled or rescheduled with sufficient notice. Please contact us directly regarding any appointment changes.
Beauty treatment services that have already been provided are non-refundable.
