About Beauty Point Cyprus: The website is operated by Andri Petrou, trading as Beauty Point Cyprus. The website includes an online shop, customer accounts, and information about our beauty and wellness services. It does not currently include online contact or booking forms.

If you contact us by telephone, email, or WhatsApp using the details provided on the website, we process the information you choose to share (such as your name, contact details, and the content of your message) for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. Where you contact us via WhatsApp, your conversation also takes place on, and is subject to, WhatsApp’s (Meta’s) own platform and privacy policy.

Our website uses Google Maps to display our location, and a WhatsApp Business chat widget for direct messaging, and may include links to our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). These third parties may process data (e.g., IP address, interaction data) under their own privacy policies, independently of Beauty Point Cyprus. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and we encourage you to review their respective policies.

7.2 Treatment & Result Photography

Beauty Point may photograph treatments or results (including before-and-after images) to showcase our work. We will request your consent before any photograph featuring you is taken or published. Such photographs may be published on our website and/or social media channels on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you have agreed to be photographed and wish to withdraw your consent, or request removal of an image already published, please contact us at info@beautypointcy.com and we will act on your request promptly. We do not publish your name or other identifying information alongside such images without your express agreement.

7.3 Social Media Pages

Beauty Point operates official pages on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Where we maintain a presence on such platforms, the platform operator and Beauty Point Cyprus may act as joint data controllers with respect to certain data processed through your interaction with those pages (e.g., page insights, engagement statistics). Each platform processes your data under its own terms and privacy policy. We encourage you to review the privacy documentation of each platform you use.

 
8. Personal Data and Retention

8.1 Sensitive Data

We do not collect or record any special categories of personal data (such as health information) through this website. During in-person treatment sessions, you may be asked verbally about skin conditions, allergies, or other relevant information for safety purposes; this information is not recorded or stored in any digital system and is not connected to your website account or order history.

8.2 Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Limited data may be shared with trusted service providers (processors), solely for operational reasons such as website hosting, courier delivery (currently ACS, or such other courier as we may use from time to time), or payment processing. These third parties act on our behalf and are bound by data protection agreements compliant with the GDPR. We do not sell or rent any personal data under any circumstances.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer period is required by law. As a general guide:
