How long does delivery take?

Do you deliver throughout Cyprus?
Yes, we deliver to all areas of Cyprus through our courier partners and ACS collection points.
How much does Home Delivery cost?
Home Delivery costs €10.00 for orders under €100.
How much does ACS Shop Delivery cost?
ACS Shop Delivery costs €4.00 for orders under €100. You can select your preferred ACS collection point during checkout.
Is delivery free for large orders?
Yes. Orders with a product value of €100 or more qualify for either Free Home Delivery or Free ACS Shop Delivery.
Can I collect my order from your store?
Yes. Store Pick-Up is available free of charge. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.
What happens if I am not available when my order is delivered?
The courier may attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange collection from a nearby service point, depending on their procedures.
Can I change my delivery method after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.
