Every morning, apply ¼ of a teaspoon of Physical Sunscreen evenly to face, adding more for neck and chest. Apply liberally 20 minutes before sun exposure.
Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying and at least every 2 hours.
